About the Founder

MEA Aviation Consulting was founded with the vision of Mehmet Erbil Azın, a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer possessing extensive, applied technical experience in aircraft maintenance and MRO operations.

Having worked across both line and base maintenance environments, Mehmet brings a unique understanding of aviation workforce dynamics—bridging the gap between technical operations and effective HR strategy.

This combination of field expertise and people-focused insight defines MEA’s approach to building strong, sustainable teams for the aviation sector.
